Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002070586
Kind Code:

To provide a low-cost torque up adjusting means capable of adjusting the projecting distance of a torque pin during trial operation of an engine, while securing start-up increase in fuel by a simple constitution.

This centrifugal governor is so constituted that a torque up device 3 is interposed between a first lever 1a and a second lever 1b so as to adjust the upper limit of the torque up by the torque up adjusting means 11. The torque up adjusting means 11 is formed of a movable shaft 12 having an abutment flange part 12a on which the torque pin 3a is abutted, a journal sleeve 13 attached to the first lever 1a, relatively movably retaining the movable shaft 12, and receiving the abutment flange part 12a, and a receiving device 14 provided in the governor machine wall and receiving the other end of the movable shaft 12 capable of positioning it. The pin projecting distance of the torque up device 3 fixed to the second lever 1b is adjusted and regulated by the receiver device 14 via the movable shaft 12.
