Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate rising of a rotation speed after the start of an engine, and to reduce an overshoot of a first lever when rapidly accelerating to prevent generation of black smoke.
SOLUTION: In this governor, a fuel restriction tool 19 restricts a second lever 12 constituting a governor lever 10 to adjust and restrict a fuel supply amount at a rated output point 4/4, while a lever restriction tool 24 provided to a governor body wall 9 restricts a first lever 11 swung to a torque up side to adjust and restrict a fuel supply amount at a maximum torque point. A start spring 20 is composed of a press spring. The first lever 11 is provided with a slider 26 and a slider drive means 30 operating the slider 26. A rack pin 4 is positioned at a starting increase position St by press force of the start spring 20 before a start of an engine, and the slider drive means 30 is operated to hold the rack pin 4 with the slider 26 after the start of the engine.
