To provide a centrifugal governor capable of reducing the manufacturing costs of its press-molding dies through simplification and miniaturization, and easily changing the centrifugal distance of its governor weight.

A front pivotal support section 8a which rotates together with a governor shaft 3 and a rear pivotal support section 4b of the governor shaft 3 are pivotally supported by a front side wall 2a and a rear side wall 2b of a governor chamber 2 respectively. A weight holder 13 is fixed on the rear end face of the front pivotal support section 8a, and the governing force G of governor weights 5 attached on the weight holder 13 swings a governor lever 7 through a governor sleeve 6 toward the fuel-decreasing side. The weight holder 13 is composed of three equally-divided molded parts 13A to be assembled together around the governor shaft 3, and the governor weights 5 are respectively mounted on the molded parts 13A.
