PURPOSE: To overcome an increase of the viscosity of lubrication oil under a low temperature, and start an engine smoothly by energizing a lever means to press a pin to a cam surface of a single-face plate in starting the engine, and strengthening a pin energizing means to rotate a middle lever in an injection quantity increasing direction under a low temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A pin 18 provided at a slider 19 is energized to be pressed onto a cam surface of a single-face cam plate 20. A middle lever 13 is energized in an injection quantity increasing direction through a slider 19. Springs 31, 32 are provided for pin energizing means to strengthen these energization forces under a low temperature. An initial rotation force to the middle lever 13 is thus strengthened, and a control rack 14 can be started in the injection quantity increasing direction securely.
