PURPOSE: To evade the troublesome processing of a rug owing to its weight and to unnecessitate the usage of a heating oven for final drying by coupling a closing end part to a shaft which is connected to a driving motor, forming more than one roller paths in the circumference of a sidewall front surface, arranging respective pair of wheels corresponding to them and guiding the rotation of a hollow cylindrical body.

CONSTITUTION: A woven piece is stored inside a cylindrical body and gets wet for dust removing and centrifugal operations. The hollow cylindrical body 2 is enclosed by a structure body for collecting water which is discharged through a small hole 4. The shaft 6 is connected to the closing end part 5 of the cylindrical body 2, the motor 7 is attached to the shaft 6 and a rotary motion is transmitted to a dehydrating device with the shaft 6. In the same way, a perfect guiding roller paths 9 are arranged in the periphery of the side wall front surface of the cylindrical body 2. The wheels 9 are attached to a support body 10. Thus, when the rug is washed, it is introduced to the inner part of the cylindrical body 2 till its whole length is put in.
