PURPOSE: To emulsify the water contained in oil and to enhance the combustion efficiency by horizontally fixing a rotary disk having a radial oil passage on the lower end of a vertical shaft, providing a nozzle at the outlet of the oil passage, and furnishing a blade-like plate on the whole peripheral side surface of the disk.

CONSTITUTION: In the oil purifier additionally provided with a homogenizer, the lower end of the vertical shaft 3 is extended, the rotary disk 10 is fixed to the lower end, and an oil passage radially extending from the center is formed on the inside of the disk 10. Besides, an oil inlet is connected to the inlet of the homogenizer, the nozzle 8 is furnished at the outlet of the oil passage, and many plates are provided in the form of a blade at a specified angle over the whole periphery of the inner wall surface of a frame 7 facing the peripheral side surface of the rotary disk 10. The processing oil, when introduced, is forced in the radial direction by the centrifugal force, injected to the outside from the nozzle, and struck against the surrounding plate. The contained water is homogenized and emulsified and the combustion efficiency is enhanced.
