To provide an energy generating device having a simple structure by obtaining rotational energy through a process of converting centrifugal force into driving force in the rotational direction.
Since a centrifugal bar 5 is strong pressed out diagonally down, outward and forward in lowering, centrifugal force is made as torque to act on a long thin bar 1. When the rotational speed is increased, a stopper 7 is provided on the specified position, and objects having the same shape and the same mass as the centrifugal bar and the stopper 7 are provided as a fixed bar 6 and the stopper 7 in the symmetric positions on the opposite side to the central shaft of the stopper 7, and therefore, the moment of inertia is decreased as the rotational speed is increased, and the rotational body is easily rotated. A motor driving source or a power generating source is obtained by making use of the torque of the rotational body and the number of revolutions.
