Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal spinning device and a centrifugal spinning method, capable of producing nanofibers with high production efficiency by using a variety of thermoplastic resins substantially having a mass concentration of 100% without using a solvent, in regard to a nanofiber production method utilizing centrifugal force.SOLUTION: The centrifugal spinning device 10 has a rotation body 20, and a resin feed nozzle 15 for feeding molten resin 50 from the rotary shaft direction to a central part of an upper surface of the rotation body 20, and defuses the fed molten resin 50 on the upper surface of the rotation body 20 to detach, elongate and fly so that fibers having a fine diameter are produced. The rotation body 20 has a guide bar 22 extending from the center of the upper surface to the inside of the resin feed nozzle 15.
