PURPOSE: To enable easy and secure adjustment of the angle of a centrifuging pipe in the stage of discharging supernatant liquid of washing liquid by securing an operation of an electromagnet of a driving section with a relatively small attractive force.
CONSTITUTION: An upper rotary member 72, a holder for a centrifuging pipe 200, a lower rotary body 89 made of a ceramic material and an elastic body 87 are provided to a rotary section 14, and an electromagnet 28 for attracting the member 89 downward against an upward force caused by the elastic body 87 is provided to the driving section 15. In the stage of standing still of the member 72, the above described holder 200 is hanged down with the bottom of the pipe 13 somewhat slanted toward the inside of the radial direction by its own weight and the weight of the centrifuging pipe 13. When the member 89 is in the lower end position, a projection 90 of the member 89 comes to the lower position below the holder 200 and enables oscillation of the holder 200 in the radial direction. When the member 89 is in the top end, the oscillation of the holder 200 toward the outside or inside of the radial direction is inhibited.
