Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifuge comprising a structure in which a centrifugal chamber is cooled, capable of removing harmful effects caused by operation of a refrigerator.SOLUTION: A refrigerator is not turned on even when temperature becomes equal to or more than T, after a deceleration period in operation of Figure 1. Therefore, a centrifugal chamber is not cooled after the deceleration period, but a rotor is decelerated and is stopped after the deceleration period, therefore heat generation on the rotor is stopped, namely, at least significant increase of temperature does not occur. On the other hand, no vibration is transmitted from the refrigerator to a sample to which centrifugal separation processing has been performed properly, in a setting period.
