Abstract:
To provide a ceramic-based decorative laminate comprising a ground undercoat layer to which striping working suppressed in fuzz of a base plate is applied, and a finish coat layer improved in a woody feeling, and having excellent incombustible performance, and to provide a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A production method of a ceramic-based decorative laminate includes forming a sealer layer, an undercoat layer, a colored layer, a printed layer and a finish coat layer in this order at least on a surface at one side of a ceramic-based base plate. The undercoat layer is formed by roughly polishing a surface hardened by applying an undercoat paint so that a large number of strips are made along the longitudinal direction of the ceramic-based base plate, and the finish coat layer is formed by applying a clear paint containing resin beads and synthetic silica.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
