Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a high-grade composition having an optional color tone, excellent remarkably in releasability and with the workability and yield sufficiently and surely improved even in press forming such as deep bending.
CONSTITUTION: A paste consisting of A pts.wt. of a coloring inorg. pigment, B pts.wt. of a low-m.p. glass frit, resin and oil components is applied on a sheet glass and baked to obtain a ceramic color composition for the vehicle window glass. In this case, the coloring inorg. pigment contains ≥1 kind of inorg. pigment or and 1 kind of filler, the content of the pigment in (A+B) is controlled to 8-40wt.%, the content of the pigment having 2-50μm grain diameter in the pigment is adjusted to 3-15wt.% of (A+B), and the content of the pigment having 0.1-1.5μm grain diameter is controlled to 5-25wt.% of (A+B).
