A metal plate 11 is formed in such a manner that the material quality is SUS316, the thickness is 2 mm, the diamter is 200 mm, the number of insert flanges is three, the thickness is 0.5 mm, the width is 4 mm, and the length is 25 mm. The diamter of a small hole 11-2 in the center of the metal plate is 3 mm. An adhesive to be used is an inorganic adhesive for ceramics and iron, which is heat resisting (800°C).
