Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic extrusion molding reduced in dents and protrusions of the surface, a method of producing the molding, a ceramic fired body and a method of producing the fired body.SOLUTION: A method of producing a ceramic extrusion molding (9) uses a clay mainly based on a ceramic powder and comprises forming a ceramic extrusion intermediate product (1) by extrusion molding and drying the ceramic extrusion intermediate product (1) to form the ceramic extrusion molding (9). The ceramic extrusion intermediate product (1) is laid on a plurality of rollers (5), and, while the rollers (5) are rotated to rotate the ceramic extrusion molding (9), warm air is blown to the ceramic extrusion intermediate product (1) to dry. In drying, the rollers (5) applied with a non-aqueous organic solution on the surface are used.
