PURPOSE: To provide a ceramic fiber made refractory material which is applicable in a short time and suitable for spray against a ceramic fiber blanket for repair and maintenance.

CONSTITUTION: A ceramic fiber refractory structure is made up of a ceramic fiber block 3 lined to a shell 1, a ceramic fiber layer 4 sprayed against the ceramic fiber block 3, an X-shape stopping jig 6 formed by integrally baking two ceramic pipes 5 to join together the ceramic fiber block 3 and the ceramic fiber layer 4 and an anchor 8 composed of a ceramic rod 7. This structure can remarkably increase the durability of the ceramic fiber block and substantially extend the service life of the refractory product on the wall of a furnace.
