PURPOSE: To minimize the section area of raw liquid flow channel in a main body, speed up flow velocity of raw liquid, prolong the contact time of filtering face of the main body with the raw liquid and enhance filtering efficiency, by providing a fluid control component in the inside of the main body of a tubular ceramic filter.
CONSTITUTION: A rod-shaped fluid control component 12 constituted with syn thetic resin or the like is provided inside a tubular ceramic filter main body 11 constituted with high purity alumina and the like. By this arrangement, the section area of a flow channel inside the main body 11 is narrowed to speed up flow velocity of raw liquid and provide a more filtering volume com pared with a case where a flow control component is not provided. Accordingly, filtering efficiency can be enhanced without enlarging the pump volume.
