PURPOSE: To prevent electric charge of a ceramic green sheet and make the handling of the sheet easy having a ceramic powder, a binder and an antielectrostatic agent contained therein.

CONSTITUTION: A ceramic green sheet contains a ceramic powder, a binder which can be dissolved in an organic solvent, and an antielectrostatic agent. For example, a dielectric powder such as barium titanate is used as the ceramic powder, and a substance, for example polyvinyl butyral, etc., which is dissolved in an organic solvent is used as the binder, and alkylbetain, etc., are used as the antistatic agent. Since an antielectrostatic agent is contained like this, the ceramic green sheet is not electrically charged when it is stripped from a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film. The green sheet thus becomes easy to be handled.
