Abstract:
To solve a problem in a ceramic heater wherein its yield is deteriorated since a process of adhering a ceramic sheet on a surface of a ceramic core material is carried out one by one by hand, and the ceramic sheet is wound obliquely when an angle of the ceramic core material lapped on the ceramic sheet is deviated.
A heating resistor and a lead-out part connected with an electrode part are screen-printed on the ceramic sheet. When the ceramic sheet is circumferentially adhered to the ceramic core material with the heating resistor and the lead-out part in an inner side, both ends of the ceramic core material are projected 0.2-3 mm from the ceramic sheet.
