Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic inductor component and a composite component which have desirable characteristics and are excellent in stability of characteristics and endurance.
SOLUTION: Ceramic magnetic substance constituting an inductor part contains Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite or Ni-Cu ferrite. As to the contents of S, Cl and Na in the ferrite, the ranges are set as S: 5-150 ppm, Cl: 5-150 ppm and Na: 5-100 ppm. Consequently, diffusion of internal conductor metal whose main component is Ag into the ceramic magnetic substance is restrained, and deterioration of electric characteristic is prevented. Further, sintering is accelerated so that an insulating resistance value of the ceramic, endurance and reliability are improved.
