To provide the ceramic dielectric device that has a small dielectric loss, is easily made small and not easily cracked in its inside by not constituting strip line conductors only of metallic conductors.

A strip line conductor pattern is printed on a laminated ceramic dielectric sheet 11 with conductor paste 12 and a dielectric paste 13 is printed so as to be contained within the pattern. Then the strip line conductor pattern is printed by the conductor paste 12, the ceramic dielectric sheet 11 is laminated on the pattern and pressed and separated for each unit and an external electrode 15 is properly formed to obtain a ceramic dielectric device.
