Abstract:
A ceramic package (10 (10A, 10B)) that has a plurality of ceramic components (11, 12) joined by a bonding material (13), said ceramic components constituting an internally sealed container. The bonding material is a ceramic material. This production method comprises: a step in which the bonding material comprising the ceramic material and the plurality of ceramic components are prepared; a first firing step in which the plurality of ceramic components are fired at a first temperature; an assembly step in which the plurality of ceramic components that have been fired in the first firing step are assembled in a desired arrangement via the bonding material and an assembled body is obtained; and a second firing step in which the plurality of ceramic components are bonded to each other via the bonding material, by firing the assembled body at a second temperature that is lower than the first temperature, and an internally sealed container is obtained.
