Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic stack which can be prevented from peeling or cracking, resulting from the action of thermal stresses and a method for manufacturing the same.
SOLUTION: This ceramic stack comprises first and second ceramics 11, 12 with different coefficients of thermal expansion, which are stacked and baked. The first ceramic 11 is smaller in outer shape than the second ceramic 12, and a stress reducing part 10 is provided at a stack end 100 and becomes increasingly thinner outwards between the outer edge 119 of the first ceramic 11 and the upper surface 129 of the second ceramic 12.
