PURPOSE: To provide a wall being durable, excellent in fire resistance and heat insulation property, and high in sound absorbability but less in water absorbability.

CONSTITUTION: A frame body 1 consisting of angle iron, a rib frame 2 and a longitudinal rib frame 3 are all welded together into a wall structure. A steel plate 7 is overspread over a mesh net 4 for fixing cement mortar, an inner wall side and a side part at the side of a column and thereby a cage- shaped net is made up. In succession, surface placing material made up of adding active silica to the cement mortar, cement, volcanic sand material, active silica, center placing material, cement, volcanic sand material, vermiculite, silica anhydride and backing material consisting of fiberglass are all placed in this cage-shape net so as to be stacked in a three layer, so that this wall is completed.
