PURPOSE: To effectively prevent a decrease in quality and to dry it even when cereals are dispersed several times in a set time to be charged when the cereals charged for the set time are dried.
CONSTITUTION: A cereal drying facility comprises ventilating means F1 for introducing drying air from tops of cereal drying rooms 1, 2, passing it through cereals in the rooms 1, 2 and then discharging it from floors 1c, 2c. The facility further comprises input means I for inputting charge amount of the cereals each time the cereals are charged in the rooms 1, 2, calculating means 101 for so calculating the cereals as to accumulate the charge amount of the cereals to be sequentially input to the means I for a set time, and ventilating amount setting means 102 for setting a ventilation amount based on the accumulated charge amount calculated by the means 101 and a predetermined air flow ratio. Accordingly, the facility further comprises ventilation amount control means 103 for so controlling the means F1 that a ventilation amount of the drying air passed through the cereals in the rooms 1, 2 becomes a set ventilation amount set by the means 102.
