SOLUTION: This cereal-storing installation having periphery wall part with a nearly square shape in plane view, formed out of plural pillar members 5, plural beam members 6 for connecting the neighboring pillar members 5 to each other, and panels P formed into hollow rectangular shapes, so that the panels P may be assembled on inner periphery parts of the rectangular frame parts partitioned and formed by the pillar members 5 and the beam members 6, and a cereal storing region for storing the cereals to be dried and stored in the region surrounded by the periphery walls has a ladder Ha for an assembling operation attached to the periphery wall part in the inner side of the region surrounded by the periphery walls in a position-fixed state.
