Abstract:

To produce a cereal tea by heat-treating the cereals to become a raw material of the cereal tea or a cereal beverage.

This method for producing a cereal tea by elevating the temperature of the cereal by heating, is to conduct sprinkling water by the prescribed amount in the case that the temperature of the cereal heated by a hot air reaches a set water sprinkling temperature or a time to reach such a temperature. For conducting this method, a sensing part for a temperature sensor 6 and a discharging port for a water sprinkling nozzle 11 are installed in a rotary- type heating room 3 for heating the cereal in the inside of a heat insulated room 10 where the hot air passes through, the sprinkling of water by the set amount is conducted in the case that the temperature of the cereal reaches the set water sprinkling temperature and the heating is stopped at the time when the number of the sprinkling period reaches the set number.
