Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform certificate stamp stock-taking work rapidly and accurately by providing a plurality of protruding needles that can pierce the perforation of a certificate stamp sheet placed and stored in a lower case, and providing a clamper that can clamp and unclamp the blank part of the placed-stored certificate stamp sheet.
SOLUTION: When an upper case 10 is opened to a larger angle than a regulated opening angle, each clamper element 31 is put in unclamping action simultaneously, and each protruding needle 40 pierces perforation Sa, Sb of the certificate stamp sheet S so as to store the stamp sheet S in a placing storable area of a lower case 20. When external force applied to the upper case 10 is eliminated, each clamper element 31 is put in clamping action all together by elastic restoring force so as to clamp a blank part of the stamp sheet S. At the time of tearing off a requested certificate stamp S1 from the stamp sheet thus placed and stored, tearing force is converged on the perforation of the stamp sheet S through a plurality of protruding needles 40 so as to prevent tearing of a part outside of the perforation.
