To provide a chain driving equipment capable of easily collecting and accumulating data on load states at the time of engaged transmission.
A movable frame 42 movably provided in a fixed frame 41 is provided with a rotary transmission body 52 engaged with a chain 10 side and a rotary driving device 56 interlocked with the rotary transmission body 52, and between the fixed frame 41 and the movable frame 42, an elastic body 48 is provided for receiving the movable frame 42 moved by a load at the time of engaged transmission. A non-contact detecting means 70 is provided in the fixed frame 41 side for detecting the moving amount of the movable frame 42, and this non-contact detecting means 70 is connected to a data collecting means 72. When a load is applied to the chain 10 side, the movable frame 42 is moved against the elastic body 48 by a load reaction force, and its moving amount (displacement) is detected by the non-contact detecting means 70. The detected value signal of the non-contact detecting means 70 enters the data collecting means 72, and is stored as data.
