Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify constitution for greasing and maintenance and to easily carry out operation by cutting out a part of a guide rail in the longitudinal direction and arranging a junction guide rail the upper surface side of which is opened on this cutout part.
CONSTITUTION: A part of a guide rail 2 below an upper rail is cut out, and a junction guide rail 31 is provided on this cut out part 30. This junction guide rail 31 is formed sectionally in a square shape with one side open by a horizontal plate part 32 and a pair of left and right side plate parts 33 and it is provided with its upper surface side opened. This junction guide rail 31 is connected to the guide rails 2 before and after it by way of joining connecting plates 5. Additionally, a chain device 20 is supported and guided by the guide rail 2 through a roller 27. In the case when greasing is required on a part of a roller shaft 28 or in the case when maintenance of the chain device 20 is require, it is carried out through an opening part of the upper surface side of the junction guide rail 31. Additionally, it is possible to easily carry out greasing, etc., on pivotally mounted parts of a vertical pin 22 on an outer link 23.
