In the chain hanging tool, a first U-shaped member 1 is connected with a second U-shaped member 2 in a mutually rocking manner by a spindle 3, and a chain hanging part 8 is formed to a bottom plate part of the second U-shaped member 2. A mounting screw shaft 4 projected from the bottom plate part 5 of the first U-shaped member 1 is constituted of a bolt 13 with an angular head part 14 having parallel two sides 14a, 14b, and tip parts of the parallel both side plate parts of the second U-shaped member 2 loosely fitted in the first U-shaped member 1 to constitute a bolt head part pinching part 16 pinching the parallel two sides 14a, 14b of the bolt angular head part, when the second U-shaped member 2 is entered into the first U-shaped member 1.
