PURPOSE: To provide a chain lubricating oil feed device by conducting the oil feed and the oil feed stoppage automatically and surely according to the drive and non-drive of a chain and in addition, the lubricating oil is dripped down accurately on the chain without staining a work.
CONSTITUTION: A frame means 20 arranged at a predetermined position at a chain type conveyor 6, a dripping down type oiler 10 supported by means of the frame means and lubricating oil supply means 12 which contains a lubricating oil feed passage and is supported by means of the frame means and supplies to a chain lubricating oil housed in the dripping down type oiler, are equipped. A positioning means 56 which regulates lubricatng oil feed pipe rotation in one direction and provides its lubricating oil feed position, is provided at the lubricating oil supply means. A lubricating oil feed pipe 16 is energized by means of an energizing means so as to butt against the positioning means, and interferes with a work and is moved out of its transport passage. At the lubricating oil feed passage, an opening/closing valve 14 which performs the opening/closing control of the lubricating oil feed passage in linkage with the drive and non-drive of the chain, is provided.
