Abstract:
To provide a chain thermoplastic resin having a high molecular weight and high tenacity without sacrificing fuidizability upon a melt-molding process.
The chain thermoplastic resin contains a structure formed by subjecting a thermoplastic resin such as a polyester containing a conjugate diene structure at the terminal position and a compound containing a dienophile structure such as a maleimide compound to a Diels-Alder reaction, and the resin is produced by the method mentioned above.
