Abstract:
An anti-skid system for a vehicle wheel is disclosed of the type comprising a metal chain consisting of mutually engaged links, each link being of an annular design with a pair of loop bend portions intended to be engaged with adjacent links, characterised in that at least one portion of said metal chain is provided with a plurality of dampening bodies arranged between said bends belonging to two adjacent links, so as to elastically maintain a predetermined distance ?L between said bends.
