PURPOSE: To provide a chair for a patient with piles which does not press piles to reduce pain when the patient sits on and which provides a good feeling when a healthy person free from piles sits on and also suitable as a home-use chair.

CONSTITUTION: This chair for a patient with piles C is composed of four legs 1 and a back part 2. At the tops of the legs 1, a seat 3 which has a rectangular shape when viewed from the horizontal is provided approx. horizontally. The seat 3 is provided with a bottom plate 30 and a relatively hard cushion material 32 is wrapped with a sheet material 31. A circular dent portion 4 is provided at the center of the seat 3. A circular through hole 5 is provided at the bottom of the dent portion 4. A circular filling body 6 is provided at the dent portion 4 so that the dent portion 4 is almost filled with the filling body 6. The diameter of the filling body 6 is larger than that of the through hole 5. The filling body 6 has a structure such that a certain amount of heating material 61 is filled in a bag body 60.
