To provide a chair with a table which prevents the tilting of a top board even if placing a heavy object such as a notebook computer, has a high table attachment strength, has a reduced number of components and a relatively simple constitution, is obtained economically, facilitating the assembling, and is comfortable to sit.
The top board 12 of the table 11 is supported by a support frame 13. The support frame 13 has a receiving supporting part for bearing at least both sides of the back face of the top board 12 to support the top board 12 horizontally. One side of the receiver support part has a short shaft 15 bending and extending downward. The other side of the receiver support part has a support leg 16 bending and extending downward and having a lower end in contact with a floor. The lower end of the short shaft 15 abuts on the upper end of a fixing member 10 provided at one of front legs 4 of this chair 1, extending vertically and turnably connected to the fixing member 10.
