To provide a structure for setting the position of a leg-rest part at a position different from a conventional one for a chair, especially a chair with a massage function.

The chair comprises a seat base part and the leg-rest part with a leg-rest surface on which legs of a user are rested. The leg-rest part is connected to the front of the seat base part so that the leg-rest part can be turned toward the front of the seat base part from a state in which the leg-rest part is mounted on the seat base part with the leg-rest surface downward to a state in which the leg-rest surface is positioned upward. The center of turning of the leg-rest part is located higher than the upper surface of the seat base part.
