Abstract:
To stabilize a quality by absorbing manufacturing errors of members while facilitating work of applying tension to a seat sheet material, with respect to a chair having a structure in which a soft and tough seat sheet material such as a knitted fabric is stretched over a seat frame.SOLUTION: A front part of a seat sheet material 2 comprises a front cylinder part 17, and a front member 11 of a seat frame 1 is inserted thereinto. The front member 11 has an arch shape, and is rotatably connected to a joint member 10. When the front member 11 is rotated from in a posture of swelling backward to in a posture of swelling downward, strong tension is applied to the seat sheet material 2. The front member 11 in a posture of swelling downward is fixed to a front horizontal rail 28 of a leg device 7 via a reinforcement member 40 by a machine screw 38. A positioning hole 41 for the horizontal rail 28 and the reinforcement member 40 is a horizontally longitudinal long hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
