Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the retrieval of the desired document data by knowing quickly the time series relation between each document data and each date registered in a file memory or the number of documents of the same data.
CONSTITUTION: A calendar 24 is shown in a table form, and the document data registered in a file memory are shown in the data columns of the date data corresponding to each document date in the calendar 24 as an icon 25 for each document. At the same time, the corresponding user name and the use of the document date are set when these data are registered. So that each document can be shown in the corresponding date column of the calendar 24 in the different icons according to the set user names and uses.
