Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease the number of screws and reduce screw clamping operation by inserting an insertion stopping projection part, provided at the outer periphery of a board member such as a seat board and a back board, into an insertion stopping hole formed in the inner peripheral surface of a fitting frame, and fitting the seat board and back board to the fitting frame with screws.
CONSTITUTION: A quadrilateral seat board frame 1 is formed of a metallic pipe and a seat board 12 is moved forward while fallen in the seat board fitting frame 1 from above to insert an insertion stopping projection part 13 into an insertion stopping hole 4, and is put over fitting machines 2 and 3; and then a fixing screw 18 is inserted into a fitting hole 5 from below and engaged threadably with a fitting screw hole 17. A back board fitting frame 21 is formed of a metallic pipe separately and a back board 29 is moved into the back board fitting frame from the front to the rear and upward to insert an insertion stopping projection 30 into an insertion stopping hole 23; and the back board 29 is put over a fitting machine 22 and then a fixing screw 35 is inserted into a fitting hole 24 from behind and engaged threadably with a fitting screw hole 34.
