Abstract:
To easily form a seat.SOLUTION: A chair 1 according to an embodiment includes: a seat 2 having an elastically-deformable sheet-like fabric with a seating surface on which a user can be seated, and a pair of rods 15 spaced apart in a right-left direction and between which the fabric is attached; and a support structure 3 having a pair of seat support parts 37 spaced apart in a right-left direction and rotationally supporting the seat 2 about a shaft along the right-left direction. The seat 2 includes supported parts 13 each projecting from the rod 15 toward each seat support part 37 and rotationally supported about the shaft. The rod 15 includes a first engagement groove 15a that is open outward in the right-left direction such as to be engageable with the fabric and in a range not overlapping with the supported part 13. The seat 2 includes groove forming members 70 each of which is attached to a position facing the supported part 13 in the rod 15, and provided in an inner side in the right-left direction with respect to the supported part 13 in a range including the range overlapping with the supported part 13 when viewed in the right-left direction, and each of which has a second engagement groove 70a that is continuous with the first engagement groove 15a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
