Abstract:
To provide a chamber capable of stabilizing operations of a chlorine bypass facility.SOLUTION: A chamber 20 comprises: introduction pipes 31, 32 for introducing an extraction gas from introduction holes 31A, 32A of a main body part 40, and comprising respective bent parts 31C, 32C on an upstream of the introduction holes 31A, 32A; and a derivation pipe 45 for deriving a mixture gas 64 including the extraction gas from a derivation hole 45B of the main body part 40. The chamber 20 is configured so that in a downstream of the bent parts 31C, 32C, when virtual channels VL1, VL2 extending in the introduction direction of the extraction gases 61, 62 introduced from the introduction holes 31A, 32A of the introduction pipes 31, 32 to the main body part 40 are divided into outside and inside flow regions of the bent parts 31C, 32C, at least a part of the outside flow region on the virtual channel VL1 of the introduction pipe 31 and at least a part of the inside flow region of the virtual channel VL2 of the introduction pipe 32 collide each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
