Chamfering members 2 and 2A chamfering the corner angle sections of a handrail wall W, a spandrel wall W1, and an opening section of the veranda of a concrete building comprise plate-like fixed sections 3 and 3A fixed to a flat surface 11 along the flat surface 11 of a concrete placing member 10 and chamfer sections 4 and 4A provided at one edge of the fixed sections 3 and 3A to chamfer the corner angle sections of the handrail wall W, the spandrel wall W1, and the opening section O formed by placing concrete.
