Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamfering mold capable of suppressing generation of joints of a sagging trace caused by chamfering when chamfering is carried out along the cutting edge (ridge line) of a workpiece by a number of times.SOLUTION: This chamfering mold for carrying out chamfering along a ridge line part by a plurality of chamfering operations along the ridge line of the cutting surface of a plate-like workpiece is provided with: an upper mold 3; and a lower mold 5. One of the upper mold 3 and the lower mold 5 is provided with an extrusion member 19 that presses the ridge line part of the cutting surface of the workpiece. The extrusion member 19 is provided with a chamfering part 23 that executes chamfering by pressing the surface of a part of the ridge line part. The chamfering part 23 is provided with: a normal chamfering part 23A that executes chamfering of a normal shape in the ridge line part; and a softened chamfering part 23B that executes chamfering of a shape in which a surface pressing amount becomes gradually shallower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
