Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the chamfering of a glass plate and side finishing by providing a means for connecting a servomotor controller electrically to a servomotor and a potentiometer that control a chamfering angle adjustment device.
CONSTITUTION: A vertical beam 3 and a plurality of joint beams 9, 10 are sequentially connected to the horizontal beam 2 of a main body 1 and a chamfering angle adjustment device 32 is connected to the second joint beam 10. A plurality of slide plates 25, 25a are mounted in a vertical supporting bar 18 suspended from the chamfering angle adjustment device 32 and are vertically slid by air cylinders. A horizontally maintaining roller 34 and a function sharing rollers 27 are held on the ends of the slide plates 25, 25a via supporting bars 26, 26a. A servomotor 12 for controlling the chamfering angle adjustment device 32 is attached to the second joint beam 10 and a servomotor controller is electrically connected to the servomotor 12 and a potentiometer.
