The change cover 1 of a vehicle seat detachably mounted on the pad formation of the vehicle seat includes a cover body 2 for covering the pad formation, and an attachment body 3 extended from the cover body 2 for detachably attaching the cover body 2 to the seat body of the vehicle seat. The cover body 2 includes a plurality of cover pieces 2a and a sewn portion 2b where the cover pieces 2a are sewn together. The sewn portion 2b includes the piece ends 2a1 of the pair of cover pieces 2a extended along the recessed part of the pad formation, expanded from the front side of the cover body 2 to the recessed part side and superposed on each other, and thread 2b1 for sewing the piece ends 2a1. One end of the attachment body 3 is attached onto the sewn portion 2b disposed along the recessed part, and it cooperates with the seat body to pull the sewn portion 2b in almost the same direction as the extending direction of the recessed part.
