Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat exchange in a change-over valve between a high-temperature compressed refrigerant compressed by a compressor and a low-temperature expanded refrigerant expanded in an indoor heat exchanger or an outdoor heat exchanger by using a simple and inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A four-way valve 7A includes a cylindrical valve casing 21 and a slide valve 22 slidably provided in the valve casing 21. The slide valve 22 includes: refrigerant passage holes 22e, 22f for selectively connecting a high-pressure port 24 of the valve casing 21 to heat exchange ports 26, 27; a valve element 22d for connecting the heat exchanger ports 26, 27 that are not connected to the high-pressure port 24 to a low-pressure port 25 of the valve casing 21; and a guide pipe 30A that is fitted to the refrigerant passage holes 22e, 22f and has one end proximately facing the high-pressure port 24 and the other end proximately opposing to the selected heat exchanger ports 26, 27 to directly guide a compressed refrigerant CR supplied from the high-pressure port 24 to the selected heat exchanger ports 26, 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
