Abstract:
To move under water in the state of keeping a change purse fixed to an arm by putting a band at both ends of a waterproof change purse made of a tube.
A change purse port 2 using the material of an air feeding part and a normal air feeding port 3 are formed on the tube 1 using the material of a swimming float ring for a change purse. A band for winding around the arm 4 is fitted to the change purse. Thereby, a waterproof change purse to wind around an arm is made and valuables can be housed in it.
