PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change speed gear of a working vehicle that is not given shocks when the working vehicle is decelerated by an operation of a brake mechanism.SOLUTION: A change speed gear of a working vehicle changes a speed together with a planetary gear mechanism provided at a rear stage of a static hydraulic stepless change gear mechanism. Constant-speed power from an engine, and variable-speed power of the static hydraulic stepless change gear mechanism can be inputted to the planetary gear mechanism. A forward and backward movement switch mechanism for switching a traveling condition between a forward moving condition, a backward moving condition and a neutral condition is provided at a speed-change rear stage of the planetary gear mechanism. The change gear device comprises: a brake mechanism for braking a driving wheel of the working vehicle; a speed-change actuator for changing a speed of the static hydraulic stepless change gear mechanism; a forward and backward movement switch actuator for switching the forward and backward movement switch mechanism; a brake actuator for actuating the brake mechanism; and control means for controlling the actuators, so that the brake mechanism and the static hydraulic stepless change gear mechanism are controlled in connection with each other.
