A neutral contact 16, a first tap contact 17 and a second tap contact 18 are provided to surround movable contacts 10, 11. Cam plates 12, 13 are secured to a switching shaft 9. Cam grooves on cam discs 12, 13 are formed so that the radial guide position in the movable contacts 10, 11 changes in reverse phase, when the cam discs 12, 13 rotate. Consequently, when the first cam plate 12 operates the first movable contact 10, and the first movable contact 10 comes into contact with the neutral contact 16 and the first tap contact 17, the second cam plate 13 operates the second movable contact in the reverse direction, thus separating the second movable contact 11 from the neutral contact 16 and the second tap contact 18.
