PURPOSE: To realize the discrimination for channel selection even at a place distant away from a TV picture receiver, by securing the light emission only for the channel under selection with the 1st color with use the same number of light emitting elements capable of emitting double colors as the number of channels and having the light emission of the 2nd color for other channels.

CONSTITUTION: A control circuit 6 generates the output of a low level only through an output terminal corresponding to a closed channel selection switch 7 and produces the output of a high level through other terminals. A light emission driving circuit 11 corresponding to the nonselected channel CH makes a transistor TR12 and breaks a TR13 respectively. Then a current is flowed to a light emitting diode 5 of green color to perform a display of a green color. For the selected channel CH through which the output of a low level is produced, the circuit 11 breaks the TR12 and makes the TR13 and flows a current to a light emitting diode 4 of red color to perform a display of red color. At the same time, the circuit 11 supplies the prescribed voltage to an electronic tuner 9. In such way, the channel CH under selection can be discriminated even at a place distant away from a TV picture receiver.
